2 Peter 1:3-4

2 Peter 1:3-4

2 Peter 1:3-4

His divine power has granted to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of him who called us to his own glory and excellence, by which he has granted to us his precious and very great promises, so that through them you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped from the corruption that is in the world because of sinful desire.

Are you holding on to the promises and truths that God has spoken over you as His child? The Lord has called us as believers into His glory, into His presence, into everlasting life and He's called to walk differently from the world. Through His sacrifice and through the power of the blood of Jesus, we have power and authority to trample over our worldly desires and to walk in the abounding grace and love of our Heavenly Father.

1 Samuel 2:2

2 “There is none holy like the Lord:
    for there is none besides you;
    there is no rock like our God."

Prayer for this week:

Dear Lord, thank You for Your holiness. Thank You for Your overflow of love and grace. Thank You for redeeming and forgiving me. I declare that I will believe the truths You have said about me and that I will walk in the truths You have said about me.  I love You for who You are and what You've done, and I am eternally grateful. In Jesus name, Amen.
